Fox lore

A fox who has it in his mind
To find a snack of any kind
Will come upon it from behind -
That's how he's always wined and dined.

The creature of a russet hue
Will do just what he has to do
To gather up what is his due,
By taking what belongs to you!

That's why it's useless to persist
In hoping somehow he'll desist -
It is his nature to insist,
For foxes prosper where they list.
